Optimist Bottom Measurements -
    measuremtns from the middle line to the chine
    Since there is bilateral symetry (one side is same from midline as the other)
    All one needs to do is double the measurement to get the full width.
    To center the whole on a piece of plywood, first draw a midline then measure from that
    to get the shape drawn out so one can cut out the bottom.
